We're hiring a Full-Time Installer

We're looking for an individual ready to gain the necessary knowledge and experience to become a professional epoxy coatings installer! The ideal candidate will continuously sharpen and improve their skills to become more efficient. The right person for the job will be attentive, and will excel in both building and maintaining positive relationships with new and existing customers.

When approved and deemed ready by the business owner, this team member will begin working independently by installing new coatings and maintaining existing coatings.

Essential Functions

• Maintain a professional attitude
• Effectively communicate with co-workers and customers
• Maintain a good driving record
• Gain in-depth knowledge of on the job operations
• Exhibit a basic knowledge of job site safety
• Take initiative to work independently without supervision
• Operate concrete grinding and vacuum equipment
• Mix and install a large variety of epoxies and urethanes
• Maintain existing river stone jobs
• Take pictures of finished jobs and send to our office manager

Job Requirements

• High School diploma or Equivalent
• Proficient in English
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Must be able to work with different personalities
• Must portray a professional appearance
• Must be organized and able to take direction
• Must be able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Must be able to pick up and move 50lb bags of stone up to 100 times a day
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work
• Must be able to pass a background check for government and school work
• Ability to drive and back up a trailer rig (preferred)

Working Conditions

• Standing / on knees for long periods of time
• Prolonged exposure to sun and elements
• Prolonged periods of working in hot humid conditions
• Tolerance to fumes from solvents and epoxies

Job Location

• Located in Chambersburg, PA
• Travels to job sites within an hour's drive of Chambersburg
  • Travel to job sites is in work vehicles, not personal vehicles

Job Pay

• Pay starts at $19 per hour, and increases with training and experience

Job Schedule

• 8 – 10 hour shifts
• Monday through Friday
• Overtime
