Polished concrete works best on newer or good-condition concrete. A grind and seal is a better option for damaged concrete as we will grind down the imperfections before coating. 

Polished concrete lasts longer than any other type of flooring or coating. Outside of re-buffing your flooring when the glossy-ness fades, there is essentially no maintenance or need to "re-install" a polished concrete floor. 

Polished concrete can be engineered to provide appropriate slip resistance while maintaining its attractive appearance. 

Most polished concrete projects range from approximately $5-$12 per square foot, depending on the condition of the concrete, desired finish level, and total square footage being polished. 

While we primarily polish larger areas due to the heavy equipment used to complete the job, we can polish oversized 2-car garages and larger residential spaces depending on access.
